CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY All bookings are to be secured by payment of a deposit equal to the first-night’s tariff or 50% of the total tariff for the period booked (whichever is the greater), the balance to be paid on arrival. In the event of cancellation before 30 days prior to the date of arrival then the full deposit will be refunded. In the event of cancellation within 30 days of the date of arrival then deposits will be refunded only if the Villa is let to another guest for the booked period. We regret that no refunds can be made for early departures. Early Bird Indulgence packages must be fully paid at the time of booking.
